Usually, yes. With attic access above or careful old-work techniques, we can add recessed lights and fixtures with minimal or no patching. Where a cut is unavoidable, we keep it as small as possible and tell you up front what to expect.
Do you install ceiling fans and chandeliers?
Yes. We install ceiling fans, chandeliers, and heavy fixtures on properly rated boxes so they are safe and solid, including on high or sloped ceilings. If the existing box will not support the weight, we replace it as part of the job.
